    Read this before you make a decision

    Very nice food and attentive staff. The spa with a fireplace area was a cozy highlight that added warmth after a long day of skiing.

    Shuttle times were inconsistent with some inconvenience when trying to return to the hotel. Plus, the sound insulation between rooms could be improved. We could hear plenty from next door.

    The smoked salmon was pure bliss, and the elaborate five-course dinners left us longing for more. The spa facilities were great, and the shuttle service made our ski adventures even better.

    While the staff were generally super nice, a particular Austrian woman at the front desk had a bit of a rough edge when handling issues. It's a shame that communication can get a tad tricky, but everything else shines through beautifully!

    The room was beautifully decorated and good modern and the bed was comfortable. The professional and helpful staff members provided a few recommendations. This hotel had a remote position to the ski slopes. Loved that it was set not far from the ski lift, restaurants and Ischgl, skiing and apres-ski.

    Some of the staff were quite busy.

    The hotel was a good retreat for our family. We especially loved the spacious and luxurious Coco Suite, perfect for our small child. The shuttle service was super convenient, whisking us away to the slopes in no time while the breakfast spread was fantastic.

    For dads, it would be great if the rooms had better lighting.

    If you're looking for a noisy place, look no further! I was woken up by parties below my 3rd floor room. The restaurant was painfully overpriced and the selection lame. As if that wasn't enough, i expected a complimentary upgrade, but instead, i was treated like any other guest. Almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.
